Who is Austin?
Austin is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator who creates safe, heart-led spaces for people to release, reconnect, and heal through intentional breath.
After years of navigating anxiety, burnout, and emotional disconnection, Austin turned inward and discovered the power of breath. His personal journey sparked a calling — to guide others home to their own inner stillness and embodied truth.
With training in somatic breathwork and emotional integration, Austin blends science-backed techniques with deep intuition to meet each person exactly where they are — no judgment, no rush, just space to be.
